Les has been involved in the online industry since 1990, when he became
a contracted consultant to America Online Inc (1990 - 1999).
Contracted consultant for several channels and forums on AOL.
People Connection Contracted
to develop new content areas and maintain existing content. This
channel is the largest on America Online and the forerunner of the
social networking concept. This is the forerunner to the concept of Social Networking.
Industry Connection Developed online supports areas for over
400 computer hardware and software companies (such as Microsoft and Adobe), in AOL's Industry
Connection. This was the primary online support solution for computer industry companies - the web wasn't an option yet.
Family Computing Channel Contracted to create and maintained the Family Computing News Forum for the AOL Family
Computing Channel - where he interacted with computer hardware and software manufacturers. The primary focus of this area was introducing family oriented computer products, both new and existing, to parents. Another example of early work in the Social Networking area.

from Intel Corporation for the redesign of their eSolutions web
site.
He introduced a new service line enabling the company to address
usability and use case issues and to compete with design companies that
